This is the guiding principle that our President and Owner inculcated in our minds. This service business was born out of compassion to a patient and his family, and out of willingness to help save costs for a thinly budgeted health care program. We call it the Third Party Administration (TPA) because we served as the middle ground between a patient needing health services and a provider offering one. We serve as the bridge that connects the gaps; we pick up patients of a foreign land from the airport, bring them to the hospital, coordinate with their doctors, schedule their tests and procedures, minimized their costs, AND send them back to the airport – hopefully happy, cured, and contented. We make sure that they feel comfortable. We shower them the world-renowned Filipino hospitality. Even sick, even at a hospital bed – they should feel they are “at home”, in a foreign country, with a different language, with strangers turned friends and family taking care of them.

MedPharm’s TPA served several referral programs from the Pacific already. Patients from Republic of Palau, from Saipan, from Guam, from the 4 states (Pohnpei, Yap, Chuuk, and Kosrae) of the Federated States of Micronesia, from American Samoa, from the Republic of Marshall Islands (Ebeye and Majuro) have been assisted, helped, and treated. We have a very close relationship with the Philippine hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and pharmacies that serve as our partners in delivering the outstanding services that every patient deserves. We have agreements with the best specialist physicians in the country at their most affordable professional fees possible.

MedPharm has a great team that delivers these services. From our Operations Manager, our Medical Coordinator (Doctor) to our Patient Coordinators (Nurses), our Accountants that take care of the budget, our Logistic Officer and her team of Transport Personnel. They all breathe respect, kindness, and compassion. We care.
